Subscriptions & Pricing

Nafaqat offers a free version with basic features. For access to all premium features including advanced debt management, unlimited cloud sync, OCR receipt scanning, and priority support, you can upgrade to Nafaqat Pro.

Nafaqat Pro offers three subscription options: Monthly subscription (billed monthly), Annual subscription (billed annually with better value), and Lifetime subscription (one-time payment for lifetime access to all Pro features).

A Lifetime subscription is a one-time payment that grants you access to all Pro features for the supported lifetime of the Nafaqat app. 'Lifetime' refers to the app's supported lifetime, not your personal lifetime. This includes all current and future Pro features as long as the app remains in active development.

Yes, you can cancel your subscription at any time through your device's App Store or Google Play settings. For monthly and annual subscriptions, cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You'll continue to have access until the period ends.

Refunds are handled according to App Store and Google Play policies. Generally, refunds may be available within a limited time period after purchase. For subscription refunds or questions, please contact us at hello@saeedsoftware.com.

We continuously work on improving Nafaqat and may introduce new features in the future. Major features like bank account synchronization may be introduced as part of an optional future 'Pro Max' tier, which would be separate from the current Pro subscription. Existing Pro and Lifetime subscribers will be notified of any new tier options.

Account & Data

You can create an account directly within the Nafaqat app. Simply download the app, open it, and follow the registration process. You'll need to provide an email address and create a secure password.

If you delete your account, all your personal and financial data will be permanently deleted within 30 days. We recommend exporting your data before deleting your account if you want to keep a backup.

Yes, you can view and add data while offline. When you reconnect to the internet, your data will automatically sync with the cloud.

You can export your financial data directly from the app. Go to Settings, then select 'Export Reports'. You can choose to export in PDF or Excel format. The exported file will include all your transactions, expenses, and financial records.
