Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using Nafaqat. By using our app, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use Nafaqat.
Nafaqat is a personal finance management application ("App") provided by Saeed Software ("we," "us," or "our"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the App and related services.
By downloading, installing, accessing, or using Nafaqat, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the App.
Nafaqat offers both free and premium subscription options:
Monthly subscriptions are billed monthly and can be cancelled at any time. Your subscription will automatically renew each month unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
Annual subscriptions are billed annually and can be cancelled at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the billing period. Your subscription will automatically renew each year unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
Lifetime subscriptions are one-time payments that grant access to all Pro features for the supported lifetime of the app.
It is important to understand what "lifetime" means in the context of your subscription:
The term "lifetime" refers to the supported lifetime of the Nafaqat app, not your personal lifetime. This means you will have access to Pro features for as long as we continue to support and maintain the app.
Lifetime access includes all current Pro features and future Pro features, subject to the app remaining in active development and support.
If the app is discontinued or major architectural changes are required, we will provide reasonable notice and migration options to affected users.
We continuously work on improving Nafaqat and may introduce new features in the future.
Major features, such as bank account synchronization, may be introduced as part of an optional future "Pro Max" tier, which would be separate from the current Pro subscription. Existing Pro and Lifetime subscribers will be notified of any new tier options, but their current subscription benefits will remain unchanged.
Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage your subscription and cancel at any time through your device's App Store or Google Play settings.
Refunds are handled according to App Store and Google Play policies. Generally, refunds may be available within a limited time period after purchase, subject to the platform's refund policy. For subscription refunds, please contact us at hello@saeedsoftware.com.
We reserve the right to modify these terms with reasonable notice to users. Material changes will be communicated through the app or via email. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
You agree to use Nafaqat only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:
The App and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Saeed Software and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the App or its content without our express written permission.
Your use of Nafaqat is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the App, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in the Privacy Policy.
You retain ownership of all data you enter into the App. We will not sell your personal or financial data to third parties.
We strive to provide reliable service, but we do not guarantee that the App will be available at all times or that it will be error-free. We may perform maintenance, updates, or modifications that temporarily interrupt service.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the App at any time with or without notice.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Saeed Software shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the App.
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, secure, or free of errors, viruses, or other harmful components.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Saeed Software from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising out of or related to your use of the App or violation of these Terms.
We may terminate or suspend your access to the App immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the App will cease immediately.
You may stop using the App at any time. If you have a subscription, you must cancel it through your device's App Store or Google Play settings to avoid future charges.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Saeed Software operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
